She and Bob moved to Staten Island in 1947, where they raised their two children.The couple moved to Milford, NJ, in 1972, and then back to Sturgis in 1985, when Bob retired.Lila Mae Peregrine Robillard, was born in Newell, SD, on November 2, 1922, to Glenn and May (Boyner) Peregrine.Lila grew up in and attended school through the seventh grade in Mud Butte, SD, and went to eighth grade and high school in Sturgis, SD.at the First United Methodist Church in Sturgis with Pastor Jenene Earl officiating.Burial will follow at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis.The family moved to Harding County to work on Zeta White's place.
Soon after, they welcomed their little girl, Cally, to their family.
This included a "Make a Difference Day" drive that was recognized by the national "Make a Difference Day" committee.
Lila passed away on November 30, 2017, in Albuquerque, NM.
The newlyweds moved to Stoneville, SD, where Bill worked for his father.
Then the young couple moved to work at the 2 Rivers Ranch before moving back to Stoneville.
