Try to connect to a TS 2003 using Terminal Services Manager remotely and receiving a " could not authenticate" message.
Everything else is working properly on the 2003 TS.
The first obvious problem is that they bought an e Machine computer to begin with. I went ahead and started in safe mode, and everything worked fine.
I installed Ad-Aware, and as usual there were a million files found.
